Apply the Olaplex Lashbond Building Serum twice daily to clean, dry skin along the upper lash line. Using the applicator brush, sweep a thin layer of serum along the base of the upper lashes, similar to applying eyeliner. Allow the serum to dry for at least 90 seconds before applying other eye products or makeup. Consistent use is recommended for optimal results.
