Use in the inner corners of the eyes to highlight and lift, or layer with neutral shadows to create subtle contrast. For a playful effect, blend with other coloured liners or apply as an accent to a classic smoky look.

Typical formulation includes hydrogenated palm kernel glycerides, hydrogenated coco-glycerides, hydrogenated vegetable oil, talc, cera alba (beeswax), candelilla cera, stearic acid, tocopherol (vitamin E), and mineral pigments including titanium dioxide (CI 77891), ultramarines (CI 77007), and iron oxides (CI 77491, CI 77492, CI 77499) to create the icy blue tone.
