Use the narrow edge of the paddle tip to draw a thin line along the lash line for subtle definition. For a bolder look, angle the applicator and use the flat side to create a thicker, more dramatic line. Allow the liner to dry for a few seconds before blinking to ensure smudge-resistant wear. Pair with neutral or metallic shadows to make the blue pigment stand out.

Key ingredients include water, styrene/acrylates copolymer, butylene glycol, ammonium acrylates copolymer, citric acid, sodium dehydroacetate, tocopherol (vitamin E), with pigments such as ultramarines (CI 77007), iron oxides (CI 77491, CI 77492, CI 77499), and titanium dioxide (CI 77891) to create the deep blue shade.
