Hold the eyeliner horizontally and use the thin edge of the paddle tip to draw a precise line close to the lash line. For a bolder look, angle the paddle and sweep along the lid for a thicker line. Allow to dry for a few seconds before blinking to prevent transfer.

Typical formulation includes water, styrene/acrylates copolymer, butylene glycol, ammonium acrylates copolymer, citric acid, sodium dehydroacetate, tocopherol (vitamin E), and safe colourants such as black iron oxides (CI 77499) and carbon black (CI 77266) for the deep black pigment.
