Typical kohl pencil formulation includes hydrogenated palm kernel glycerides, hydrogenated coco-glycerides, hydrogenated vegetable oil, talc, cera alba (beeswax), candelilla cera, stearic acid, tocopherol (vitamin E), and mineral pigments including iron oxides (CI 77491, CI 77492, CI 77499) and chromium oxide greens (CI 77288) to achieve the olive shade.
