At the shampoo bowl, apply the mixture to dry hair, saturating thoroughly, and process for 5 minutes without rinsing. Next, apply one packet of No.2 Bond Perfector from roots to ends, leave on for a minimum of 10 minutes, then rinse, shampoo, and condition as usual.
