Typical kohl pencil formulation includes hydrogenated palm kernel glycerides, hydrogenated coco-glycerides, hydrogenated vegetable oil, talc, cera alba (beeswax), candelilla cera, stearic acid, tocopherol (vitamin E), and mineral pigments such as ultramarines (CI 77007), titanium dioxide (CI 77891), and iron oxides (CI 77491, CI 77492, CI 77499) to achieve the cobalt shade.
