Clarins Purifying Toning Lotion combines the power of meadowsweet extract and witch hazel to purify, tighten pores and visibly refine skin texture. The gentle, alcohol-free formula respects the skin’s moisture barrier while balancing sebum production and soothing any areas of sensitivity. With regular use, it helps maintain a fresh, matte complexion and prepares skin to fully absorb the benefits of your next skincare steps.

After cleansing, apply the toner to a cotton pad and sweep over face and neck, avoiding the eye area. Use morning and evening as part of your daily skincare routine to keep skin fresh, balanced and refined.

Aqua/Water/Eau, followed by Propanediol, Glycerin, and Ethylpropanediol, which work together to hydrate and refresh the skin. These are complemented by PPG‑26‑Buteth‑26 and PEG‑40 Hydrogenated Castor Oil, which help to maintain a stable formula texture. For moisture and skin-soothing benefits, the formula includes Butylene Glycol, Propylene Glycol, and Maris Aqua/Sea Water/Eau de Mer. The blend is preserved and refined with Ethylhexylglycerin, Caprylyl Glycol, and Disodium EDTA, while Sodium Benzoate, Potassium Sorbate, Phenylpropanol, and Phenethyl Alcohol contribute additional preservation and sensory properties. The skin-conditioning plant extracts in this toner include Spiraea Ulmaria Extract (meadowsweet), Laminaria Digitata Extract, Chlorella Vulgaris Extract, and Hamamelis Virginiana (Witch Hazel) Leaf Extract. Additional skin-harmonizing components are Saccharide Isomerate, Crocus Sativus Flower Extract, and Spiraea Ulmaria Extract, with Parfum/Fragrance, Tartaric Acid, and Citric Acid balancing the scent and pH. The formula is completed with PEG‑40 Hydrogenated Castor Oil and PPG‑26‑Buteth‑26 to ensure consistent texture.
