Ingredient

1 1/2 Tablespoons of Cacao Powder 

1 Packet of Four Sigmatic Hot Cacao *optional* 

4 oz of hot water (a little less than boiling) 

1/2 Tablespoon of maple syrup 

1 Teaspoon of vanilla extract 

Pinch of salt (trust me) 

6 oz of plant-based milk (or dairy) 

A handful of ice cubes 

Optional Add-Ins 

1 teaspoon of adaptogenic herbs or mushrooms

CBD Oil 

How to make it

1. In a blender mix together dry ingredients: cacao powder and any adaptogens or mushrooms. 
2. Then add hot water. 
3. Add maple syrup, vanilla extract and salt. 
4. Blend for 20-30 seconds. 
5. In a glass, add ice and plant milk. 
6. Pour cacao mix over iced milk and stir.
